  • Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer

    Emergency Medicine Speciality Registrar and Critical Care Practitioner, Ed founded a leading event medical, ambulance and education business in 2015, focussed on improving the standard of care for patients.

    Now delivering care to some of the largest events in the country, alongside working in Emergency Medicine and in the pre-hospital setting, Ed has a unique understanding of the challenges of the emergency response and healthcare sectors and the lack of systems that truly work.

  • Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer

    With over five years’ experience specialising in patient safety, Dom has led the implementation of systems for incident reporting, patient care, and command and control. This has given him a clear understanding of the technology gaps that often hold back effective operational delivery in healthcare and emergency services.

    Currently completing a Master’s degree in Paramedic Science, with a particular focus on harnessing AI to improve outcomes, Dom brings both clinical insight and technical expertise to his leadership of our development team. He’s focused on building a tailored digital ecosystem that empowers frontline teams and improves care across the sector.

All of our systems are designed with offline functionality at their core. To ensure you can continue delivering services even in areas with limited or no connectivity, we offer an optional hardware module that enables full offline operation. This ensures continuity and reliability, wherever you're working.

Our systems undergo rigorous testing using purpose built environments designed to simulate real world use. They're stress tested to handle thousands of simultaneous entries reliably, ensuring performance and stability under pressure.
